Training Groups, Group Runs and Individual Coaching

Distance Training Group
12-16 Week Program for Distances from 10 Miles to Marathon lead by SRC staffer Coach Mike Petrina. Program includes 2 coaches workouts a week (track workout and a long run), along with special promos, clinics and training group gear. Enjoy the benefits of coached running and the positive athletic and social aspects of training with a group. For more information see: Distance Training Group


Group Runs

Tuesdays: 6pm from the store, all ability levels welcome, distances from 3-7 miles

High School & College Thursdays: Join us in July and August for the HS and College Cross Country training series. Guided group runs for brand new freshman runners to seasoned All American collegiate runners. Groups available at 3, 5 and 7 miles at beginner, intermediate and advanced ability levels lead by local coaches and our staff. Stay around after for raffles, refreshments and some training tips.

Brewery Training Series Fun Runs: Get ready for the Sayville Running Company 10 Mile Run to the Brewery by participating in our Brewery Training Series. In one run per month from October to January we run a little bit longer each time and finish our run at a local pub where the first Blue Point Brewery Beer is on the house. Test out new product and enter raffles from our vendor partners.


Individual Coaching

Get personalized training plans or one on one sessions with one of our staff of experienced coaches.

Friends and Partners: Beginning runners check out our local friend Kiersten Bartolotta's Walk to Run Fitness. With classes for new runners and youth fitness, Kiersten will motivate you to love our favorite sport.
Team in Training - Want to travel, run a marathon and raise money for a good cause? Check out TNT! With clinics at our store and our staff as volunteers or coaches.
