Sayville Running Company respects your privacy and keeps all information collected during the sign-up and order process completely private. We do NOT share, sell or give away any of your private information for any reason. This especially includes your e-mail address and credit card information. Our systems are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption and are protected by firewalls and other security tools.

The team at the Sayville Running Store is dedicated to taking care of our customers. We glady help with all of your concerns and requests including trouble with shipping, changes to orders and information about products. Status of your order can be checked 24/7 by visiting SayvilleRunning.com and clicking on the Your Orders link. Order status includes tracking #'s for your shipments with automatic links to the carrier's web sites.

How much does shipping cost?
For all orders over $50.00, shipping is FREE. We will find the most economical and safe way to ship your order, usually via the United States Post Office (USPS) using Priority Mail. All orders are carefully checked for accuracy by our staff and get a handwritten thank you note included with them!

How do you know that your order was received by SayvilleRunning.com?
As soon as you complete your order, Sayville Running Company will send you a confirmation e-mail containing all of the important informaiton about your order. If you DON'T receive this confirmation e-mail, it's probably because it went into your SPAM folder. Please call or e-mail us right away to confirm that your order is OK.

Is everything at the SayvilleRunning.com store new and in good condition?
Yes they are. All products sold are new and in perfect, factory condition.

What is our policy on returns?
All products have a 30 day after shipment return policy, with refunds given on unused items and exchanges on used items that don't fit right. We do not pay for shipping on returns unless the item(s) being returned are defective. All returns must be approved by our staff BEFORE they are sent to us.

How fast does Sayville Running Company ship?
All in stock orders received by us before noon Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. After 12:00pm orders will be shipped the following business day at the latest. All orders received after noon on Friday are shipped Monday.

Does SRC offer team sales?
Yes. We do team uniforms, offer special deals for high school and college teams looking for shoes and apparel, and custom technical fabric t-shirts for boths teams and races. Contact customer service at 631-589-5700 or email brendan@sayvillerunning.com for price quotes or more info.

How does the Search box work?
Our web site uses a complicated search method to find everything in our store related to the words you type into the search box. Sometimes you'll see things in the search results list that you weren't looking for, but that can often be a pleasant surprise! If you get too many results, try narrowing your search by typing words that are more specific about what you're looking for. Our search works like Google, which means that the more specific the information you type in is, the better answers you'll get. Will there be more products available on Sayville Running Company?
Yes, we are always looking for that "right" product to offer to our customers. If you are interested in a product we don't carry, please let us know about it and if it makes good business sense, we'll do our best to add that product to our line!

Do we accept presale orders?
Yes, we glady accept orders for new products that are on our web site but not yet available for delivery. The sooner you place your order, the earlier you'll we'll be able to ship to you! Pre-ordering also ensures that you'll be among the first to receive that great new product! Your credit card will NOT be charged until we actually ship your order to you.

When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will NOT be charged until we ship your completed order. When you place your order on-line, Sayville Running Company gets an authorization from your bank, but no charge goes on your credit card at that time. When we process your order, pack it and actually ship it, you'll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail and that is when your credit card is charged. In the case of partial shipments, your credit card will be charged only for the cost of the items being shipped and their shipping costs (if any). When the remainder of your order ships, the balance due will be charged to your card.

What happens if I refuse a package?
We charge a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges on your credit card for any refused or returned packages.

What Credit Cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first, and last name, billing address, and credit card number and expiration date) as it appears on your credit card statement. PLEASE NOTE: We will only ship to the same address as the credit cards bill billing address.

Can I fax in my order?
Yes. You can order via the internet, e-mail or fax your order in. Fax in orders to (631) 579-5701.

Do we ship outside of the USA?
Yes, however the customer will be responsible for all excess shipping charges. For all sales outside the United States we recommend using Bongo International (DHL Express). International orders automatically get declined by our credit card service, but don't worry, we'll contact you about the order right away with shipping charges and all other relevant information.
