Online Returns
Refunds for unused items are given as money back on your credit card or a store credit (in the form of a sayvillerunningcompany.com Gift Certificate) within 30 days after shipment of the item. If you have used the item, and the fit is not right , we'll exchange it within 30 days after shipment of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item(s) are being returned because they are defective. Shipping charges incurred for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are being returned because they are defective. For all returns and exchanges the product must be in its original packaging.

Limited Quantity Policy
To help keep all of our customers happy, We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product within our store, particularly on hard-to-find items.

In Store Return and Exchange Policy
Used products: We want you to be happy with your purchase and the advice we give you. If you use shoes that we've recommended, and they don't work for any reason, bring them back within two (2) weeks with the box and receipt. We'll be happy to correct any errors and make sure you get a product that works for you. A used product may not be returned for refund, but we agree to replace it with a new product of equal value that corrects any issues caused by our recommendation. Socks, apparel items and accessories used or without tags are not able to be returned or exchanged. Defective products will be replaced with the same product, or the closest available product. Please always keep your box and receipt because we cannot make a return or exchange without them.
Unused products: Unused products with the box (or tags) and the receipt can be exchanged or returned for the customer's choice of a full refund or store credit within two (2) weeks of purchase. Money will be refunded in the same manner as it was paid (ie: credit card purchase will be refunded to original credit card). Please always keep your box and receipt because we cannot make a return or exchange without them. Food items, gift cards, and specially ordered products that we do not usually stock may not be exchanged or returned.
Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchases, so if you think any other issues might arise regarding an exchange or return, ask us as soon as possible so we can make sure everything gets taken care of. Thank you
