At the present time USPS Priority Mail Shipping and UPS Ground Shipping are FREE for all orders over $50.00 shipped within the continental US.

Not all items may be shipped by all carriers. During checkout, the system will calculate the best available shipping method(s) based upon the items in your cart. If a particular method doesn't appear as a choice, that means that some part of your order precludes that method from being used. For special circumstances, please call us (631) 589-5700 so we can make special arrangements for you!

Certain items may have additional shipping charges associated with them because of increased weight and / or insurance charges imposed by our carriers (USPS and UPS). These additional charges are clearly indicated at the time of checkout.

All in stock orders received by us before 12:00pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. After 12:00pm orders will be shipped the following business day. All orders received after 12:00pm Friday are shipped Monday.

Depending on where you live we will find the fastest and most economical way to get your items to you. We may occasionally change the shipping method you selected, but we'll do so making sure to keep the expected delivery time the same or faster, and the shipping cost the same or lower.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation is at no extra charge for Priority Mail. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from our web site (sales@sayvillerunningcompany.com) and the USPS. Please make sure to add sales@sayvillerunningcompany.com to your address book and SPAM Filter to make sure e-mail from us is not treated as Spam.

We are not responsible for lost shipments after USPS delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. postman leaves them on your doorstep. The following are the steps you should take if you haven't received your shipment:

  • Call or e-mail us.
  • We will confirm its been shipped.
  • We confirm with USPS shipment was delivered.
  • Check with your local post office and your postman.
  • We cannot replace lost shipments after delivery confirmation has been made by the USPS.

    All shipping and handling fees are included in shipping costs.

    For all sales outside the United States we recommend using Bongo International (DHL Express). We also ship direct via USPS and FedEx. You will not be billed until you agree to the shipping costs.
